Stickers 

Can I apply a sticker alone?
Can I apply a sticker alone? We provide a documentation explaining the different steps. Our products are designed and made so that any client can apply them.

Is it possible to apply stickers outside of the house (window..)?
Our stickers were designed for indoor use. Outdoor, some colors could change faster due to the rain and the sun exposure.

On which surface can I apply a sticker?

Our sticker can be applied on all surfaces: furniture, walls, doors, windows (they just have to be smooth, clean and dried)

What is the duration of your stickers?
Our wall stickers are designed to last 5 to 10 years on a good quality surface.

Are the stickers easy to remove?
Yes, if it was applied on a good quality surface.

Are the big format sticker delivered in different pieces?
Yes, the elements are separated to facilitate the application.

Do I have to apply the sticker upon delivery?
This is your choice. If you decide not to apply them immediately we advise you to store them, flat in a moisture-free location out of direct sunlight. You can keep them several weeks.

 

Delivery

Do you deliver abroad?
You can be delivered anywhere. When ordering, shipping costs based on the location will appear.

How much does delivery cost?
The amount, based on the place of delivery, will be detailed when ordering.

What is your delivery time?
They are indicated on each product page. Once we take over your order and after the manufacturing (about 1 week for stickers), 48 hours are required for a Colissimo delivery (La Poste) and 24 hours for a Chronopost delivery.

Where does the delivery take place?
You can mention the place of delivery of your choice when ordering. It can be different from the billing address. (You can use this option when offering a gift card)

 

Orders 

I made a mistake; I would like to cancel my current order. Is it possible?
As long as the order is not validated, you can cancel it regardless its progress. After the definitive validation of your order, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Is my online payment safe?
Yes, we chose a banking partner who proposes a secure payment solution. 

 

After-sales service

How can I contact the customer service and the after-sales service?

Something is missing in the package or the item is damaged, what can I do?
Contact us as soon as you can if you encounter a problem. Together, we will find a solution that fits you.

Can I return the product and get a refund if it does not please me?
Unlike other products, products made to order (such as adhesives) are not refundable. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions.

How can I open an account?
When you make your first purchase, we will ask you for information (email, name, address..) to create your account.

Can I delete my account?
According to the legislation, you can delete your personal data. In your space, you have the possibility to ask for the cancelation of your account.
